About Us

             Shirine Services has not only been trained in Home Inspections but has provided its customers with home improvement and repair services for over thirty-five years. We are members of the National Association of Home Inspectors, the New York State Building Officials Conference, the New York State Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association, the Building Inspectors of Nassau County, the New York State Association of Home Inspectors  as well as numerous other construction related entities. Additionally, we are certified by New York State in building code enforcement which we believe could provide a unique insight to the building and existing conditions within.

 

 

 

 

NY State Regulations

As of Jan.1, 2006, New York State mandated that all those engaged in providing written reports on the condition of a residential building be licensed as a Home Inspector, no exceptions. No matter who you use—make sure they are licensed.
