NY State Regulations

                 As of Jan.1, 2006, New York State mandated that all those engaged in providing written reports on the condition of a residential building be licensed as a Home Inspector, no exceptions. No matter who you use—make sure they are licensed.

Certifications include, Universal Technician for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Certified Pool and Spa Operator as well as a Green Certified Home Inspector. Additionally, we are a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors, the New York State Association of Home Inspectors  and certified by New York State in Building Code Enforcement which we believe contributes to providing a unique insight to the building and existing conditions within.
